Guanajuato Apartments was stablished in 2001 with existing business of construction of residential houses on turn-key contract basis. We then diversified to real estate brokering as well and soon had satisfied list of esteemed customers.

We have already built over 5 residential houses, 2 shopping centers and 3 ultra modern factory building as Turn-key contractors, we have also helped 100s of satisfied families atat Guanajuato City, in Maxico tobuy their dream homes at most reasonable prices. Our never die spirit and consisten efforts has brought the company to new horizons of success.

This medium sized company growing @ 20% per annum for the last 5 years is just what we are looking forward to. The company also has its own Holiday Accommodation Department providing tailor made holidays, in particular late availability cheap holidays with named accommodation. We have thought of innovating something which will give the end consumer not only a relief from parting brokerage but also they get a genuine property as per their budget and liking at a desired place.
